The China Animation Golden Dragon Award (CACC) is an official event of the China International Comic Festival co-sponsored by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television and the People's Government of Guangdong Province. It is one of the three animation festivals and exhibitions that are supported by the country's 12th Five-Year Plan. It has the reputation of "Oscar of Animation" and is also praised by the media as "the first award of Chinese animation".
