The new anime "Restart Sakurada (サクラダリセット)", which is confirmed to be aired in April, recently announced that a new manga version will be released based on the original light novel. It will be drawn by Tatsu Nohana and written by the original author Yu Kono. It will be serialized once a month on Kadokawa's online comic website "Comic Club". Currently, episode 0 is online.
"Restarting Sakurada" (also translated as "Reset of Sakurada") is a science fiction light novel written by Japanese light novelist Yu Kono and illustrated by illustrator Yu Shiina. It has 7 volumes and is published by Kadokawa Bookstore in Japan. The traditional Chinese version is published by Four Seasons Publishing in Taiwan. This novel revolves around a small town called "Sakurada" where many people with super powers gather. The protagonists of the story, Megumi Asai and Misora Harusaki, can "restart" the world to three days ago. They use their super powers to help the residents of the town fulfill their wishes.
This work has always been highly praised by Japanese light novel fans. In 2011, it was serialized in a comic version in "Monthly Shonen Ace" by Masahiko Yoshihara. Two movies adapted from the novel will be released in March and May this year respectively.
